1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using UTMCraft (located at https://utmcraft.com or related domains), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.

2. Description of Service

UTMCraft is a free, privacy-focused, browser-based web application providing digital marketers and growth teams with tools to:

• Construct valid, standard-compliant Urchin Tracking Module (UTM) campaign parameters.
• Build multi-channel UTM matrix links in bulk for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Email, and affiliate campaigns.
• Inspect, decode, and audit existing campaign URLs for GA4 channel grouping compliance.
• Generate vector and PNG QR codes for print and offline marketing collateral.
• Generate shortened redirect links using integrated fallback services.
• Store and export local campaign history exclusively on your device.

The core URL generation, inspection, validation, and QR rendering features run 100% in your local web browser using client-side JavaScript. No campaign URLs or parameters are uploaded to or stored on our servers.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use UTMCraft solely for lawful digital marketing, analytics tracking, and commercial campaign creation. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Generate URLs or shortened links that lead to phishing, deceptive malware, scams, or fraudulent websites.
• Use the service to distribute spam, unsolicited promotional messages, or harass recipients.
• Include personal identifiable information (PII) - such as customer email addresses, Social Security numbers, payment details, or passwords - in UTM parameter strings, which also violates Google Analytics Terms of Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or flood external URL shortener APIs connected to the tool.

4. URL Shortening & Third-Party Services

UTMCraft includes an optional URL shortening feature that connects to public redirect providers (including spoo.me, da.gd, and clck.ru). When you explicitly click "Shorten", your destination URL is transmitted to the respective service solely to obtain an HTTP 301/302 redirect link. We do not own, control, or monitor third-party redirection uptime, and we disclaim any responsibility for changes in their availability or routing policies.

5. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

Google Analytics, GA4, Google Ads, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other third-party brand names mentioned on this site are registered trademarks of their respective owners. UTMCraft is an independent web application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

UTMCraft is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular marketing campaign, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that generated campaign URLs will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that analytics platforms will process non-standard parameters in any specific manner.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UTMCraft, its creators, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the tool, lost analytics data, failed ad campaigns, or third-party shortener outages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
