1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using UTMCraft (located at https://utmcraft.com or related domains), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.

2. Description of Service

UTMCraft is a free, browser-based web application with tools to:

• Construct valid, standard-compliant Urchin Tracking Module (UTM) campaign parameters.
• Build multi-channel UTM matrix links in bulk for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Email, and affiliate campaigns.
• Inspect URL syntax, selected parameters, naming consistency, spaces, and limited source/medium patterns. The checker does not reproduce every current GA4 channel rule or verify live attribution.
• Generate vector and PNG QR codes for print and offline marketing collateral.
• Generate shortened redirect links using integrated fallback services.
• Store and export local campaign history exclusively on your device.

URL generation, inspection, validation, and QR rendering run in your browser. The site separately loads Google Analytics 4, and the optional URL shortener sends the destination URL to one or more external providers. Campaign history and selected settings are stored in your browser's local storage. See the Privacy Policy for details.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use UTMCraft solely for lawful digital marketing, analytics tracking, and commercial campaign creation. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Generate URLs or shortened links that lead to phishing, deceptive malware, scams, or fraudulent websites.
• Use the service to distribute spam, unsolicited promotional messages, or harass recipients.
• Include personally identifiable information (PII), such as email addresses or phone numbers, in UTM parameter strings. Google Analytics policies prohibit sending PII to Analytics.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or flood external URL shortener APIs connected to the tool.

4. URL Shortening & Third-Party Services

UTMCraft's optional URL shortener tries da.gd and may fall back to spoo.me and clck.ru. When you click "Shorten", the complete destination URL is sent to a provider as part of a request. These services are operated by third parties; UTMCraft does not control their availability, handling, or retention of request data.

5. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

Google Analytics, GA4, Google Ads, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other third-party brand names mentioned on this site are registered trademarks of their respective owners. UTMCraft is an independent web application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

UTMCraft is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular marketing campaign, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that generated campaign URLs will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that analytics platforms will process non-standard parameters in any specific manner.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UTMCraft, its creators, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the tool, lost analytics data, failed ad campaigns, or third-party shortener outages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
